Gammage & Burnham, PLC seeks an attorney to join its Labor and Employment Practice Group, which defends and counsels employers in matters involving construction and healthcare disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, termination/discipline, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage/hour, NLRA, OSHA, government contracts, construction disputes, commercial litigation, etc.
The ideal candidate will have one to five years’ experience and excellent academic credentials. Candidates must be committed to client service and be analytical, a quick learner, and have strong writing, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
