AVAILABLE POSITION:

Judge Ross B. H. Buchanan, District Court Judge in the 2nd Judicial District (Denver County) Civil Division is currently accepting applications for law student and law graduate interns or externs for the Summer 2022 semester. 

Each intern will report to Judge Buchanan and work directly with his law clerk and division clerk. Interns will be responsible for completing various legal research and writing assignments and will have the opportunity to assist with and observe court trials and jury trials. The position requires interns to report in person when assisting with trials, however, we offer flexibility for working remotely when trials are not in session. 

Applicants must be current law students who have completed at least the first year of law school or recent graduates from an accredited law school and should have the ability to follow directions well, complete extensive legal research and writing projects, and work with the public in a professional manner.
