SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong interest and ability to analyze judicial opinions.
Pursuant to the upcoming review of the new Title IX regulation by the U.S. Department of Education, the legal intern will review appellate and trial court decisions, and analyze them in terms of prescribed due process regulatory provisions. This position is designed for a law student who possesses a strong commitment to constitutionally based due process principles.
Must be able to work accurately and independently. All work will be conducted from the intern’s home. A Zoom call will be held each Monday. Each week, the intern will provide a Friday Report that summarizes activities and accomplishments.
