Our Las Vegas office is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience to support our Real Estate, Finance and Business and Transactions partners. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated interest in transactional matters with strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills. Experience with general corporate and commercial matters, real estate/land use, gaming or finance is preferred. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals that are interested in working across multiple departments, supporting a variety of partners and growing professionally in a collegial environment of a national law firm. Successful candidates will be entrepreneurial and self-motivated. Active bar in NV is preferred.
