Our Salt Lake City office is seeking an attorney with two to ten years of experience to join our strong litigation practice. This is a non-partnership track position and may be part-time if desired. Strong candidates will have courtroom and deposition experience, and significant case handling capability in complex commercial litigation, and ideally, will also have experience in commercial litigation related to financial institutions and real estate transactions. Our Litigation Department is our largest practice group and represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represent clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required. Utah admission preferred, California admission a plus.
