2023-2024 Term Judicial Clerkship Opportunity with the Honorable Kathleen Y. Mackay of the Superior Court of the United States Virgin Islands

Clerk for a trial court judge in America’s Paradise! The Honorable Kathleen Y. Mackay of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands is accepting applications for a judicial clerkship to begin mid-August 2023.

Duties include research and drafting memorandum opinions on a variety of issues in criminal and civil cases. The clerkship is for one year. The Superior Court reimburses law clerks for relocation expenses up to $2,000. Applicant must be a graduate from an accredited law school, by the start date for this position.
