Minnesota Appellate Courts Law Clerk Information Session
What: Justices from the Minnesota Supreme Court, judges from the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and some of their current law clerks will be facilitating a discussion on clerking for the Minnesota Appellate Courts during the 2024-2025 term. You will hear information on what it is like to be an appellate court clerk, why an appellate court clerkship is valuable, what you will learn during a clerkship, what our justices and judges look for when hiring law clerks, and how to apply. There will also be time toward the end of the session where Minnesota appellate court representatives will answer questions about clerking from current law school students who attend this session.
