American Society of International Law Annual Meeting
The 2023 ASIL Annual Meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. March 29-31, 2023. Registration is now open. Information about the ASIL Annual Meeting and hotel reservations can be found here.
Complimentary Registrations
As an ASIL Academic Partner, up to five DU students and one faculty/staff member are allowed to register for free for in-person attendance. Please reach out to Anne Aguirre (aaguirre@law.du.edu) if you are interested in the complimentary registration. ASIL encourages additional students to participate in-person or virtually.

Be a Student Volunteer at the ASIL Annual Meeting for Free Registration and Other Benefits
Current students or new professional within three years of graduation can also attend the ASIL Annual Meeting for free if they agree to volunteer at the meeting. Additional benefits of volunteering for the Annual Meeting include: choice of which session to work (on first-come, first-served basis); insider access to one of the largest international law conferences in North America; access to high profile events, speakers, and sessions; opportunities to connect with peers with similar interests; and complimentary one-year ASIL membership.
As a volunteer you will be asked to commit to at least two days and a total of 10 hour of volunteering , but due to the number of applicants, those willing to do 15 or more hours have a higher chance of being selected. You will be asked to arrived early and stay late on your volunteer days, to follow ASIL staff instructions, to provide customer service to Annual Meeting attendees, and to remain in place for long periods of time.
