Judicial Clerkship Applications-Letters of Recommendation

The Faculty Support Office is ready to help you with your letters of recommendation for your clerkship applications.  Please note that due to COVID-19 and the current Stay at Home Order in place until 4/26 our ability to physically go into the law school to print, stuff, and seal your letters is challenging.  Before sending us your spreadsheet with the judge/court information please find out if the court is accepting letters of recommendation electronically during this public health emergency.  If they have shifted to electronic submission, paper-based applications may experience a delay in a review or may not be seen until after a clerk has been selected.

Information seems to be changing daily so please use the resources below to educate yourself about the submission process in the state you are applying.  If you confirm that the court is accepting online submissions, our office can then help to create a mail merge and send them out for you electronically. If they are still paper-based, please let us know that as well.

We are thinking of you during this difficult time and look forward to collaborating with you on your clerkship applications!
