The legal profession is one of the least diverse of all major professions in the U.S.  In recent years, many efforts have been undertaken to increase diversity and create cultures of inclusion in legal workplaces, but real change has been elusive.  Attend this session and learn why it’s crucial for all of us who care about the future of our profession to gain additional knowledge about the state of diversity and inclusion in legal organizations and how we can become champions for creating inclusive educational and work environments.
