The Pro Bono Recognition Program celebrates all the Colorado firms and organizations that have achieved the organization-wide goal of an average of 50 pro bono hours per Colorado-licensed attorney. The reception will begin at 5:00pm on April 19, 2018 in the atrium of the Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center. Kenzo Kawanabe, Partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs (and former Pro Bono Partner), and Leora Joseph, the Attorney General’s Chief of Staff, will speak briefly about the importance of pro bono efforts.
There is space for 20 Denver Law students to attend. This reception is a great way for students to learn about the program and meet many attorneys dedicated to public interest work, including attorneys from participating law firms, Colorado Supreme Court Justices, Court of Appeals Judges, and law clerks from both courts.
Interested students should RSVP by email to Justice Hood’s law clerk Katherine Steefel (firstname.lastname@example.org).
