State of Colorado Attorney General – Consumer Protection Unit (Denver, CO)

The Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office is hiring Spring 2018 law clerks to work in one of three Units: Consumer Fraud; Consumer Protection, Antitrust, and Mortgage Fraud; and Consumer Credit.

Law clerks in these units participate in investigations, interview witnesses, assist with investigative depositions, research legal issues, draft pleadings, briefs and memoranda, and will have the opportunity to observe court proceedings. Law clerks will also participate in an office-wide program that includes a series of weekly presentations. Candidates must possess excellent research and writing skills and a strong interest in serving the public.

The positions are paid ($12/hour).
