Securities and Exchange Commission Fall 2017 Internship

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Denver Regional Office internship coordinators, Matt Skidmore and Marc D. Ricchiute, contacted the CDO to advertise their Fall 2017 Student Honors Legal Program for 2L, 3L and LL.M. law students.  Law students will be assigned to work with SEC staff members on projects and assignments that cover a broad range of the Commissions’ work.  The SEC’s mission includes advocating for investors who seek to secure a future for their family, providing guidance and regulations for the nation’s securities industry in an increasingly global market, and taking action with an eye toward promoting the capital formation necessary to sustain economic growth.

Internship opportunities in the Fall are either full-time or part-time with a minimum hour requirement of 15 hours per week.
